A Year of Celebration
Centennial Events For This Week

June 8 Miss Richmond Hill Centennial will be chosen at the Arena. The program features Catherine McKinnon, Billy Meek, Vic Franklin, Peter Appleyard and his orchestra.

June 9-10 Final rounds of 100-team Minor Tournament.

June 9 Legion Centennial Day (Elgin Mills and Newkirk) featuring parade, Highland festival, pipeband competitions, sky divers, tug-of-war with a beef barbecue and dance following at the Legion Hall.

June 9 16th AvenueHome & School tree planting.

June 9 Heirloom Tea - Presbyterian Church 2 to 4 pm.
